Lexus is the highest ranked brand in the J.D. Power and Associates/ What Car? 2008 UK Customer Satisfaction Index Study^SM.

The result gives Lexus an unbroken record of eight consecutive years as the highest ranking brand – one for every year it has been eligible for consideration. It is an achievement unmatched by any other manufacturer and is a reflection of the successful investment Lexus continues to make in delivering products and service of the highest quality.

The J.D. Power and Associates 2008 UK Customer Satisfaction Index Study^SM was produced from more than 16,000 responses from owners of cars registered between September 2005 and August 2006, representing 28 brands and 100 individual models.
