just want to say how nice Andy Cross at lexus Poole is!
Called him for some old parts, not stocked any more, fine. I had a thought when I was on the phone with him, to ask him to find out if he can access any service records on my car, which I didn't think have any LSH. Andy not only located them also found out lots of details which I didn't even know myself.
Faxed the full reports to my office as well, How nice....... Topman....
