a list of coilover spring rates of available coilover systems
these are for the JZS16x and JSZ147 Aristos (aka: 2nd GS300/GS400/GS430 and 1st generation GS300). All numbers are Kg/mm^2 and the lower the number, the softer the ride. I have listed them from softest (near stock) to stiffest (hope you have a well padded *****!)...however, some setups use pretty stiff front springs with soft rear springs so it's not an exact softest to stiffest list...
Generally, the dampening rates are matched to the springs (so soft dampening with soft springs)
There are a few missing

check here :

some comments of users:
L-Sportline is Eibach springs with Bilstein shocks. L-tuned is Eibach springs with ??? shocks. I had the eibach/bilstein setup in my GS before and also sat in couple L-tuned GS. If you are looking for comfort, go with L-tuned setup.
You don't have to change the springs and the shocks but it is recommended to do that because your stock shock will be wore out a lot faster than couple with stock springs
The difference between the two, is the L-sportline cost a lot more...as for the ride quality there about the same...

HI Lexus Sport,
I have just checked the eibach.com website & they do have springs for a MK1 GS300 well at least the application guide said so, so all I have to do is find a dealer who can order them in.
I also checked with my dealer they said lexus dealers cannot supply them anymore because they are not supplied with them. If a spring get's damaged or something they have to get them made.
Thanks, for all your help guy's.
Regards,
Zishan.
