Off to Lexus Oxford tomorrow to have a butchers at the IS. Just interested to know - how good is the sat nav system they fit, and is it worth the extra £££ and delivery wait?

Thanks :D

I use mine a lot..... But I did find the improved disk helps alot.
I have the CD Rom based system, I feel it is as good as any other aftermarket system.

It's easy to use and the graphic map is great, and it's very accurate.

I concur

its very good

but..........sometimes it takes you the long way round.

I tend to get it set up with where I'm going but ignore it until i get to the general area (where I dont know)

For example there are ways to ignore the worst parts of the M25 ........you could use the marked points functionality but the time wasted could be spent drinking..............

Excellent system, I use mine quite a lot. Can sometimes take you the long way around but its always precise.

Great system - love it to bits. It remembers your last ten destinations, so the other half will know where you've been! :shifty:
