Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help. Recently, when the car is started and the heater / aircon switches itself on (FAD aircon is always left on) the system blows a load of condensation onto the windscreen which then takes a few moments to clear.
I have has two previous GSs and this was never an issue. Any ideas as to the cause / is this common and how to solve?
Many thanks,
Marcus.

is your air con set to fresh air or recirculate?
in my IS it has to be set to fresh air or else it just foggs up

Check the interior air filter is not all blocked up. It's behind the glovebox, your owners manual should show you how to remove it.

The worse scenario could be a leaking heater matrix but the tell tale sign of these tends to be a bit of a curry type smell when its warm.
