word of advice change to second gear before starting

Changing to 2nd b4 you start doesnt work at all. In a stock car on the 400m strip i get sub 15 secs but starting in second get me 16 secs + 
Worked for me
won all races, modded my car up yo 1100 bhp and got to level 57 on the story section.
