Is there a method of running the RX300 in 2 wheel drive mode? A centre diff lock or anything like that?

Also we need to keep the thing in a single gear if possible to do wide open throttle accel from tickover to red-line - is this possible?

Thanks to those that looked at the thread!

Just in case anyone is interested we have a result

We have official confirmation now from LEXUS technical HQ that the vehicle was not designed to EVER run in 2WD mode - So looks like we will have to find a 4WD rolling road or try to do the work on the test track
