We are aware of a problem with some of our silicon hose kits relating to the power steering pipes

Some of them do not have the special internal coating which is causing them to "sweat".

We will be replacing them as soon as possible.

Please PM me if you have had this problem and tell me what colour you need.

Mark whats the cost to replace the silicon hoses on a std "IS" (4) i think.

The price is currently under review. We are considering writing off our r&d and tooling costs earier than normal which will make them cheaper, to help stimulate sales of them.

I will make an announcement when we know for user, which should be soon.

No, those are for the TTE supercharger system (boost hoses etc).

The kit we do for water and power steering etc is currently about £250 odd.

ahh, I had thought it looked cheap, when I saw it the other day.

I do remember ages ago others saying how much their coloured hoses were and they were not cheap.

Quite possibly Si, The easiest way to check is to whether the pipes have discoloured.

The problem is only cosmetic but still needs to be resolved.

i need to check my too, but then i had my only a few months ago n the car been off road for about 5 months so my hose should be still ok?

Blue hoses here, let me know when you have replacements and i'll book time to come in and get them replaced.

I have been told that we will have the replacement hoses in 3 to 4 weeks.

Mark is my Sweaty? l only notice it when dobedo mention it in my other post, here is a picture of my engine bay showing the hoses
