Just been to H******S to buy 2 tonne trolley jack and a pair of axle stands so I can take the wheels off and get them thoroughly cleaned every so often.

Now I've never used trolley jack or axle stands before so if anyone can advise where is the best place to put the axle stands....car is a IS200 Sport (1999). Or just give me a step by step what to do from beginning to end so I don't kill myself or damage the car

You hand book will tell you where the jacking points are.

But if you look under the car by the wheels you will see the points where to jack it up,there not to far in .
