hey guys bought my lexus last thursday, and just bought a set of 19 inch chrome wheels, lookig 2 lower it by 35mm will i need to do any arch mods for these wheels to fit with that drop????

I'd guess you'd need your arches rolling with that sort of drop.
Duncan is the best person to talk to on this, he has slammed his IS on coilovers with 19's...

ok mate cheers for that, but dont reckon im going 2 able to afford coilovers, so prop may just need te arches rolling

What springs are you going to use to drop it 35mm?

dunno mate, just rang up the shop and they said they have 35mm springs dont know what make they are, why is there a make i should be looking out for?????

Well, I can highly reccomend Eibach springs (assuming this is for an IS), they drop 30mm, but are fantastic. (I wrote a review somewhere around here) I believe TDi have some available, their details are on the link at the top of the page.
The only springs I know that drop 35mm are P&I, and I really wouldnt reccomend these, as P&I arnt very good for a heavy car like the Lexus.
Also, what offset have you got on your new wheels, I think the IS needs a 45 offset.

8x19 45mm offset with 225/35x19 tyres should be ok without arch mods.
Any wider wheel/tyre and/or less offset is likely to need some modding

yep, that's right for the front : 225 max, 235 needs slight rolling with Eibach springs
for the rear, you can go up to 255 I think

MINE ARE 235/35/19S SO I GUESS IM LOOKING 2 GET MY ARCHES ROLLED THEN??? FRONT AND REAR???
