how do you remove the cd player from the is200 can anybody please help??

have you done a search,, i think your find that this has been covered numerous times.
basically you pull the top tray our towards you, if you have sat nav then remove the little cover at the front and remove the 2 screws.

pull the panel with the heated seat switches out aswell.

then you will see the 4 bolts (2 top, 2 bottom) remove these and then you can pullthe whole stereo and a/c panel out.. watch for the side as the back of the stereo is sharp and wil scratchyour dash..

don't you have to remove the felt tray first, before pulling the top tray, as some models have a couple of screws in there!!

There is talk of this probably in the Knowledge area etc, do a search it should pick it up!
