I've purchased my Lex recently and all is good. However, it has these alloys on. They're in absolutely mint condition (the car in only a year old)...



I've got two questions really.

1) Are these Lexus alloys?

2) Where's the best place to go to try and get these traded / swapped for the alloys below ?

I can't really sell the wheels I have because I wouldn't be able to get to work! But ideally I'd like these...

Do you have the base model, not the SE or Sport? They are the standard 16" wheels on the base model, or on the IS200 Sportscross.

The wheels you want in the second pic are the 17" SE/Sport wheels. Keep an eye here for someone upgrading, or maybe try Ebay, although be carefull! There should be lots around but you may have trouble selling yours.

Yeah, I have the base S model. Looks like I may have to fork out quite a bit then...

Also check with your insurance. Some don't like any mods.

I know the Sport has got tweaked suspension - would putting 17" alloys on make the standard S look strange d'ya reckon ?

The SE model comes with the 17" wheels - looks fine.

The bloke who sells these wheels on ebay does trade in so it seems. He doesn't only sell gold ones so send him a message and see what happens!
