Got my car back this evening,the rear upper wishbone needed replacing,The car wasnt really dirty but the service manager said that they would give it a bit of a valet as it is their policy.After spending £1500 pounds in the gaff how could i refuse.On handover of the keys it turned out that they couldnt be bothered to do it.I dont normally complain but after concidering what they had promised i brought this up with the manager.He apologized and said have a coffee and it will be ready in 10 mins...40 mins later got the car back wheels still dirty,no vac been near it,and it looks as though they have thrown a bucket of water over it.THATS SERVICE FOR YA..Well done Lexus Liverpool <Johnsons>i know who wont be getting my hard earned pennies next service.

I always steer clear of main dealers unless its absolutely essential. There is no way I could have afforded such a wonderful vehicle if it had to go in for all its work. I have noticed a few threads over the last 2 years giving Liverpool a bit of stick and I must admit that I wasn't impressed on the one occaision that I visited. I enquired about buying a pair of sport stickers for my side windows only to be told that unless I had the part number then I had no chance. One visit to Chester and they were sorted in 4 days complete with a coutesy call to see if if I had any problems with them. I know this is off topic slightly but it seems that Liverpool may struggle to lose that image.
