Just wondering... on my old SW20 you could get the ECU to report any problems it had found by wiring two terminals together on the ECU pinout block and then counting the flashes on the dashboard LED.
Does the IS200 ECU support this too? If so, is there a list of codes?
Do Lexus produce a bgb for the is200?

Hi mate, there was something about this not so long ago... Colin Barber told us a way to read the ECU faults, and i think Chris Shipley found a site with all the codes listed.... do a search to see if you can find the thread...

No you cannot do this on an IS200. You need and OBD-II scan tool to see any stored error codes.
The Altezza still has the old system because it isn't exported to other countries that require OBD-II to be fitted.
