well some of the black painted brackets around the engine bay had paint flacking off and the onset of corrosion so i am now starting to clean and respray them but this time in green to match the car..

I also done another little bracket on the manifold where the diagnostic socket hangs on .

think the throttle cable brackets might be the hardest..hmmm

looks much better.

well i am just trying to tidy it up for J.A.E as last year i was a bit ashamed of my old banger compared to everybodys nice shiny cars..lol at least i got a few mths of a bit here and a bit there..lol

Did you use just something like hammerite? what about the type of lacquer?

no i used properb car spray and plain clear laquer.. same laquer as i used when doing my wheels..
