This is more of a concern, than a suggestion.

I wish to change my Avatar picture, and when I upload the one I want, it says it's been changed and then reverts back to my old picture.

I've tried everything, like removing it and adding a normal smiley type. But when I come to add my picture, my old picture comes up again! It's also doing this on the TOC forum.

Oh yeah, it's the correct size etc too.

Sure its not your PC? Cache?

I'd also check your file extension as well, this may be causing a problem

Have logged out & then back into LOC/TOC or restarted your system.
