Drove home tonight and an orange light in the top right hand corner came on and stayed on. The car was idling at less than 500rpm and occasionally cut out. As well as this the TRC light keeps flashing. As its saturday and the dealers are not open any clues to help me please?

If you have a handbook its covered on page 44....

Its a malfunction indicator......take to your dealer.

yeah cheers for that. Said traction is malfuctioning and the throttle system.

You need to get the error code read by your dealer to find out what the fault is - otherwise we are just guessing what the problem is although it sounds like a problem with the throttle.
