Lexus Guilford are great.They look after me very wellI always get a gs300 loan car and they treat me as though I have bought a top of the range car. However their Service dept although good, have a problem ordering parts. I have waited six weeks for two washer jets to arrive.

What can we and can't we say? One review says team lexus rules prevent me from commenting further'. So does that mean we can't comment on dealers that give poor serivce? I'm going to have to be carefull what I say about Hatfield then!

look at my manchester post,and the bolton one,that should asist you

by all means say your feelings.. but in a proper fashion..

Explain what the probelm was and was it resolved...

it does not tie you into just giving good results

stong complaints should goto customer services.. i dont fancy liable action from Lexus

Oh Dear!!!!
Took the sport in to Lexus Guilford to have seat heaters replaced, new washer jets fitted, and replacement bulb o/s rear. They had the car for 3 days. when I picked the car up I was told about all the work they had carried out. I was happy and drove home. imagine my horror on Friday evening when i went to use the car, to find that my o/s head light was u/s the seat heaters did not work and water only came out of the drivers washer jet. I have just phoned Guilford this morning (first opportunity) they were very oppologetic and said they will get the car back in ASAP. what I realise now is that the dealer service is only as good as the mechanics. however I will be checking their work from now on... maybe I was too trusting?

Octogon Bracknell - where can I start? Disinterested, unhelpful, stroppy.

The sales side is great, really helpful. After my car was vandalised and I tried to get the bodywork repaired, they weren't interested. I ended up having to go to Isleworth (fantastic), but it's a bit galling going all that way when I live 5 mins from Bracknell!:flaming::flaming:

I'll give them a go. I think they're part of Octogon too though? Thanks for the recommendation, I'll see what they are like.

Yeah - Reading is part of Octagon, but I've used both and found Reading's service pretty good.
Have you joined Gold yet Claire?? - have a look at the discount section, a dealer near you might be offering some savings!!

I use Reading too and found the servicing department pretty good - see my review.

Just done Lexus Aberdeen ....

Need to improve the service a little guys, putting the car in at 08:30 and getting it back at 5:00pm to be told it wasn't cleaned because they had started it late ...... not good enough! You'd had it a whole day ..... :flaming:

Lexus Southampton have top marks from me in being helpful and very professional.
It was a pleasure changing over cars and even though I had a Belgium Celica purchased in Holland to part exchange everything went with the minimum of stress.
I will certainly return to this branch at a later date.
