Lexus dealer for workshop manuals. Cost around £200 + for all the volumes.

If you manage to get a copy, i'd be pleased to get one too !!

What about .pdf file ? Anyone knows if it exists ? ( i know MG F manual is free on the MG Power forum )

You can get pdf versions on ebay in the US. Would only be for the IS300 though as the IS200 isn't sold there.
