Does anyone know where we can get master keys made for a GS 300. Just bought my lexus and have only one key at present. Dealer is charging £186 for a single key can anyone recommend anywhere else where I can get this cheaper.
Thanks

make sure whoever you get the key from can program the central locking and the immobiliser for you.

You can get a key cut at some key place's but it will not unlock your car via the central locking only disarm the immoberliser and start the car

Depends what series of GS. With a series II the car needs to be programmed for the new key to work the central locking and the immobiliser and an existing master key is required.

The car is a 2001 model on a Y plate. so far have not been able to find any place which will do this but the dealer.

had my reno done and as i said it works the immobiliser but not the central locking ,you have to open door with key,he list's gs300 in his book , yes you have to have a key to do it but any key will do ,they swipe the key across a unit and it records the code they then transfer it onto the new key .
