I am curious to know if all dealers use the same forms when performing services.

This is the form I receive when I have my car serviced.

Do you IS owners all receive the same form?

Sheet indicates that they didn't do the alignment check.
Any reason why?? It should be included in the full service.

Its going in on Wednesday. They are replacing the wheels and I am getting new tyres before the alignment is done.

They did try to tell me that it was not part of the service until I pointed it out to them on the form. I have also confirmed this with Lexus GB.

but if they have to alter the alignment they will charge for it.

Had my wheels replaced today and full alignment done with a few adjustments, also had the front shocks replaced under warranty.

Loan car supplied was a 04 reg IS200, the new blue colour with the oakham interior. Not to sure about the multi spoked wheels I think I prefer the five spoke ones on mine.

All the work was completed on time and the car was washed, an excellent job by Reading and a special thanks to Beth who was very helpful.

The best part was it did not cost me a penny.

Well done Lexus Reading
