Just been into Lex Sheffield for a little work, and they did their standard Visual Safety report.

My tyres are fine (7/7/7, 7/7/7 on fronts and 6/6/6, 6/6/6 on rears), but i was wondering if anyone can tell me how much tread is on brand new tyes?

Merely wondering how much tread i've gone through in 5000 miles. My tyres are 17inch Bridgestone Potenza's

Mine (Goodyear Eagle F1s) were 8/8/8 when they were new.

Lexus told me that the Bridgestones tread new where 8mm.
