My seat belt warning light has ceased to warn. It doesn't bother me, but will it bother the M.O.T. tester? If so, what's the problem likely to be, and can I fix it myself (skill level, keen amateur)

i would say not as i don't think it is on uk cars as mine has not got one

Its probably a blown bulb but i wouldnt have thought that it would affect an MOT
