Went into Bromley Lexus, (now part of the Jemca group) to look at the large stock of IS200 they have, must have 20-25 of them on the front, all looking for new owners !. Their having a promotion this weekend, so got get yourself a bargin .
Got chatting with the staff, and they are happy to offer a 10% discount on servicing, which is good news as i know other members have tried in the past without success .
If you speak with Pat Camber, he's the man that offered the discount, maybe things are looking up under the new management .

I have had very bad experiences with their service department (probably because there is no obvious distinction with Toyota service), so beware!!!
