Although check their service times, as I originally had it confirmed that 2 hr job for 60k service on 2001 spec gs3000 and when arrived service manager said up to 4 hours.

Work has all been done and appart from a poorish attitude on arrival, and an impression that anything I had been told previously was utter bu**-s**t, I left happy, with my chocolates and plased that day had not been messed about.

At this stage would use again, but if initial impressions re-occur, would have fel I was in BMW dealers!

At time of press, they and Exeter, were only ones who responded to initial e-mail request for service costs. Both dealt with ongoing info requests, with the statutory 2 day turnaround for e-mails, (pigeons must be tired!)
