OK,

How about 4 top quality flush fitting reversing sensors for £135 + P&P ???

Easy to fit (1 or 2 hours max)

drill 4 * 22mm in your rear bumper, thread the wire through.....connect to control box connect to reversing light attach speaker to underneath of rear parcel shelf........bingo.......

could be the bargain of the century.......... tongue.gif

Those of you wary of fitting blush.gif I may be be able to arrange this as well at a reasonable cost.

Link to rear parking sensors

My supplier feels these are of a much better quality than the qaunan offering. The main plus is the ease of fitting & fact that they are very nearly (1mm) truly flush !

Is it possible to paint them (color code)?

They can indeed. But you'd probably need a switch to switch them on when parking as the reears work when current is going to the reversing lights.

Hope that helps

Hi guys

I don't want to put a spanner in the works but I came across these http://www.astrodoneps.co.uk and wanted to know if anyone has tried them, I'm planning to order some shortly.

Sometimes the metal bumper bar can cause problems with these systems although the web site does say it works with a metal bumper.

Rodders has this type of device although I think his one uses the actual bumper bar as an aerial rather than the foil tape to stop any problems with interference.

The 4 kit has a digital display - so how do you see it if it's mounted under the rear parcel shelf ?
