I have a 1993 GS300 which I have had off the road for twelve months (ouch) in a friend's driveway. I simply replaced the battery - turned her over and off she went! (She was overheating quite a lot though and some of the headlight adjusting screws seam to have rusted onto the plastic moulding)
I am just about to put it through a MOT and I want to replace all of the discs and pads.
Any recommendations for types and suppliers of discs and pads? I had read some of the postings in this forum, but no-one seems to actually list the suppliers. A friend of mine who is a mechanic is actually doing the work.
Another related question, anybody know anyone who can do bodywork/resprays cheap as I have a couple of serious knocks caused by a tree falling on her on my friend's drive :(

It was about time you got the lady of the drive and give her some TLC. I put vented/groved Lockhed discs- 8 per side and the front with greenstuff EBC and just fitted normal discs to the rear along with greenstuff pads.
Once you've had her running for a while, you'll never let her go again. Trust me, the car is easier to keep running than the G/F:lol:
