There has been some confusion recently by some Lexus owners (one or two might be members on here), with regards to Lexus Centre's in Stoke-on-Trent

We were originally the sole Centre in the North Staffordshire/South Cheshire area and used to be called Lexus Staffordshire .
Since the end of last year we have givern up the New Car Sales side of the Lexus franchise and have become a Authorised Lexus Service Outlet, basically meaning we still service your cars to the highest Lexus standard including warranty and are still suppying genuine Lexus parts and Accessories and our labour rates can be as low as some Toyota labour charges.

Our name has now been changed to Lexus Hanley (Service) but everything is the same including 14 years Lexus experience and fully LEXUS trained technicians.

The main confusion has been recently by the opening of another full centre under the name of Lexus Stoke (both of us are in Stoke-on-Trent) and some people have been contacting them and asking for myself plus I've noticed some posts where customers have had work or parts done by ourselves and been called us Lexus Stoke.
