I'm thinking about getting a turbokit installed on my IS 200.
check out this kit : IS 200 Turbokit $2999.00

Has anyone tried out this kit? Any problems? This kit gives about 240 bhp. Do i need to modify my clutch, brakes or anything else?

The turbo needs oilcooling, is there an out/in outlet on the IS 200 engine? Or do i need to fix this myself?

What i best? Compressor or Turbo?
I thought about the compressor, until i heard the price of it here in Norway. about £7000! Sick!! this about 80.000,- NOK.

The turbo kit will take longer to install due to the oil feed etc. Not sure where this kit comes from - they don't sell the IS200 in the US so doesn't really make sense that they sell it.

You could always drive over to the UK and get the SC fitted for about £3000.

I would make a weekend trip to the good old UK and get the S/C stuck on mate...

I would recommend to ask this guys to get you the power table and then compare it to the S/C one. That way you can see with system performs better at different driving needs.
US$3000.00 is much less than £3000.00 (US$4,900.00).

The kit price is much cheaper but with shipping, import duty and taxes plus the longer, and therefore more expensive, installation cost the overall cost probably isn't that much cheaper.
