can anyone help me my computer keeps shutting down,when it dose this the screen gose blank and in the top left says jia (vt3205) vga b105-98,d2,00,12 and at bottom right it says 2d i have to re-start it then its ok for about 5-10mins then it dose it again ? im getting pi**ed off

try giving you service provider a call,i did ,worked for me,theres tech help,

it dose it anytime, not just when im on the net, would this matter ?

no wouldnt matter cause it could be connected to a fault regarding your provider,give them a call and try.and like wosket says you need a good firewall and virus check,i use norton. ian ,fidjits is a bit of a wizard,he helped me out.
