I was looking at the dealer reviews and wanted to post a scathing attack on Manchester Lexus, then i note that with the same arrogance as was shown when i bought my car the dealer says of the complainant 'If you exist', of course they exist, so do i, you are to arrogant to accept critisism. Then he goes and gives himself a 5 star rating to inflate the overall rating. Disgusting!
Lexus Manchester deserves an overall rating of 1 star, vast improvement required, even the customer satisfaction for was badly photocopied, ripped, contained the wrong car and owner details and sent to the wrong address.
I see not much has changed at Manchester Lexus since i bought my car.
The best part of the service i received was the delivery driver!
