Zaphod

Since purchasing the car last year this is the first time I have used the authorised Toyota/Lexus dealership on the Isle of Man. I am happy to report that the Laser Wheel Alignment that was carried out today on my car was discounted by 10% after I asked whether or not they would honour my Gold membership.
I would be interested to know what others have paid for this service from other dealerships as the bill was £100 - 10% = £90 +VAT.

Had my GS wheels laser aligned twice at Lexus dealers, both giving me gold discount. First time it was 75 quid, second 95. Different dealers. So your 100 sounds about right.
There's an independent in Cambridge who SAYS he can do laser for 45, but not tried him (yet).
Alignment only seems to last about 6 months for me, then it's back to pulling to the left and I have to get it done all over again.

nice to see you're getting some use out of gold zaphod, even if you are on that small island with outrageous speed limits!

What is the laser wheel allignement.
My marginally pulls to left, but on previous cars assumed due to left camber of uk roads, so rains flows there no middle, can anyone advise if should be checking my alligment?
thanks

You can expect some pull to the left due to camber, but if you are cruising in the outside lane of the motorway and it doesn't go dead straight if you let go of the wheel (not reconmmended for more than a picosecond for obvious reasons) then that's a reasonable indication that there may be an alignment problem.
