I have just been on the lexus newsgroup and saw this link.

Clearly a larger engine than the RX300 and the spec is better but perhaps an indicator of the direction for the next RX. Mind you at $50k you could afford one of these for the same as you pay for an RX here. Life is unfair

I see the yanks have a LX too. How come we never get these.

Have seen the LX driving around the Middle East for a few years.

Not quite got the off road reputation of the Land Cruiser yet, but it is up there and boy does it look super.

I went on a driving event with Lexus a couple of weeks ago and took an RX300 'off-road' (of sorts, not hugely challenging tho'), it was good fun!

The new gx470 is pretty damn nice!

i'm starting to dig it alot and i love how the interior is. I still love my Rx3 and i now like the GX 470 also... what to do what to do... mabbie i can convince my sister to trade in her accord for a gx470 so i can have both rx3 and gx4 HAHHA

I saw the gx470 on insidelexus.com, nice looking car but probably too big for our roads!
