Big up respec' for Lexus Warrington (in Cheshire). I had brake problems on the Sunday before Christmas, phoned them on Monday am (Xmas eve), they agreed to look at the brakes that day, I took the car in, they stripped, cleaned and inspected everything, found no problems (the cleaning helped a lot though!) and didn't charge me a penny. This on a day when they were closing early and were already very busy.

I think they were just after my servicing work

I usually use Holdcroft Lexus in Stoke-On-Trent (2 mins from work) and they're generally very good and usually give me their LS430 as a courtesy car despite the fact I'm a scruffy oik

That's good to know. I bought my is200 from Lexus Manchester as I went to Bolton dealers and wasn't very impressed. I have been treated very well by Manchester but as I'm a new customer that's what I expect. Let's see how they are when problems arise !

I live in Warrington and this dealer is where I go for my servicing. Found them really good but they will insist on loaning me an is200 during the service and it aint a patch on my gs300. Still musnt grumble at least it isnt a kia pride!!!!
