It then came upto service time about 3 weeks ago, funnily enough i was sat beside a swimming pool in the sunshine in Gran Canaria when my mobile went off, it was the dealership advising me i had had my car around 6 months now and would i like to book it in for its 10K service. After rubbin in the fact that i was on me jollies i asked the guy (Service Manager) if he could call me on my return.
Got back and on the day after my return by 09:30 i had received another call from the same chap to arrange my service. I explained about the Gold Memebership deal and how they did not enroll to the scheme, immediately i was offered the discounted rate
Took my car in fully serviced, free Valet etc collected the car later that day.
I had mentioned a squeaking Gear Gatier, a new one was ordered and i arranged to pop in last Saturday.
Visited on Saturday had a cup of tea while it was fitted and again car was Valeted for me
All in all i feel my whole experience of dealing with Lex Liverpool has made me see why they get such good Customer Service report.
From start to finish my dealings with the dealership i have been extemely impressed which is the first time of owning a car i have been able to say that about a car manufacturer.
The only thing i was slightly dissapointed about was they would not re-arrange the Lexus Golf day to a weekend i was not away
