Whenever i win anything on e-bay i always e-mail the seller to say i would be paying cash and to meet up somewhere.

All right mate, dont panic. If you paid by credit card you have nothing to worry about. Contact your credit card company and hand it over to them, they will reinburse you in full on the grounds of fraud. Personally i go down your local police station as well and pass on any contact details you have to them.

contact paypal. as they have buyer protection scemes,, conatct ebay aswell.
in order for him to be paid via paypal he would have had to offer some details as to where the money is paid to ie bacnk accoutn or credit card, all of which is tracable,,
