Also, I believe the charger needs reconditioning work after 50 - 60k miles - please state if yours has had this performed.

A bit over 30k with mine.... No work done on blower itself but...
Decatted manifold fitted and belt + tensioner replaced earlier this year.

Tony, long time no see mate! Why did you need to replace the belt & tensioner? Did you get TTE replacements or just generic stuff? Is it better?

Haven't sorted my manifold out yet, waiting to see the new one coming along shortly

just over 5000mls with mine with no problems (what have i said) it runs sweet and i just love the extra power.

Belt was showing signs of cracking round the inside.
Tensioner was making slight bearing noise... slight....

TTE parts fitted... Though i think the belt is just one from the gates range.

Just under 20K miles with the stage 1 (0.5bar), most of that at full throttel

I do about 20-30k a year in my cars on average, so wouldnt want it to last a year!

Nick, with that sort of mileage you'd probably need to get the blower unit reconditioned every two years, Zee had his done at TTE, I guess another option would be to find someone who does the work for Eaton as they're based in the UK (TTE are in Cologne in Germany)

hard to say how many miles i done after i had the SC fitted, but it will be less than 3k, as the car end up at the bodyshop or my garage most of the times.....
