Well, I will be lowering mine soon ..... but I only want it so that the arches just sit above the standard 17" alloys, ...... I thought maybe the EiBACH lowering springs of 30mm was about decent ....
Any suggestions ........ ?

My IS was an SE on standard 17"s.
I lowered it ~30mm on Eibachs, this was the result at the front

it was quite nice mate - would have happier with a bit more of a drop at the rear though - although not got as 'full on' a picture of the rear.

The Eibach's do look very good on cars with the 17's, Ifraz's car has these on and the ride quality I thought was better than mine on standard springs.
I think mine is somewhere between 45 and 50mm, but when I get in there it's a different story!!!
To give an idea of height here's the back with a lightweight passenger (Zee!!!!)

So are you going to choose the
"Lowered ? - Huh ! I'm too fat as it is !"
Option ?

Noticed this too. Eibach springs seem more comfortable than standard ones.

lol - I think the back of your car (in my opinion) is too low for me, personally.
But I just can't get over how clean your car is !!!!!!!!

It was filthy in that pic above mate, it's all an optical illusion
It does appear to sit higher now the camber has been sorted out, would take a pic but it's dirty and I can't be ****d to go out at the minute!

Well my coilovers are screwed right to the bottom, as low as it will go. I think it's about a 55 mm drop. at the back end before the passengers get in it, you struggle to see any of the tyre under the wheel rear wheel arch.

I've had eibachs on for ages..
there great, the drop is nice enough to improve the look and handling, without comprimising comfort or those darn speed bumps
