I am seriously thinking of pulling my lad out of school, but don't know what is involved I am not thinking of doining any teaching myself and understand that certain results are required so any advice would be appreciated.

Get in touch with the LEA,they should be able to give you any advice needed

only problem i can see is most children make thier friends at school and teaching them at home would alienate them a little unless you do lots of afterschool atcivities clubs etc.
