What brand of wax/cleaning agents do you prefer for your Lexus? Meguires, Zymol, 3M, mothers, Turtle?? I am getting my first lexus in a few weeks as I have recently gotten into an accident with my previous vehicle (van). Id really like to keep the Lexus in tip top shape
Are Any of these popular with Lexus owners??

I really like the Meguiars waxes and polishes or AutoGlym stuff - paintwork always comes up a treat!

meguiars gives a fantastic finish.
mind you mines been supagurded and by using the supagard cream over the top of the sealant gives similar results.

wax is noting without a decent paint surface underneath.
spend your money on a top notch polish and (ideally) sealant, and any wax you put over it will look good.
even better - but some time and effort into giving the paintwork a good claying first
i am a huge fan of Klasse All In one and Sealant Glaze - this stuff rocks.
you can get it from lexuscarcare.com

Matthew Mcnally whats all this about claying, is it just a compund you rub into the paintwork like polish, i've seen information on it before and its supposed to give a great shine to yuor paintwork after you put polish/wax on the top. Is it like a really abrasive compund aswell, would it remove paint if its rubbed in to hard?

Me to ,mer is ok but would not use it all the time as it contains a cutting compound and is a bit harsh .
