I had to take my car along on Saturday morning for it's 10k service, got there a bit before opening and the guys had already opened up so let me in. The technician was not there as of yet but I was a touch early, they made me a cup of coffee, showed me round the other models including a tasty SC that they have in stock. The service was excellent, Darren has met some of you guys already at the Billing meet so he already knows about the club, they gave me the discount for Gold Membership and then returned the car. When they gave me the car back Darren had a look round it with me to check that it was okay and we were chatting about the problem of the alloys pitting and generally looking poo after a while, he then checked mine over and spotted one small area that was not up to scratch and immediately said he would order me somemore for Tuesday - I didn't even have to ask, nor had I even noticed this small area of corrosion.

All in all superb service from Oxford.

Hope I get the same level of service from Lexus Chester - everything has been groovy so far - but then I having been buying!

Was quoted £81.40 from Lexus Manchester - this included a 15% discount.

Have only got a 10% from Lexus Chester though.

To be honest I was a little surprised about the quality of the service, I expected it to be good but they really are very good. All the staff are friendly and they make time for you instead of leaving you in a corner to the coffee and papers.

The £10k service with discount was £101, now I have had some plastic clips for the stereo panel and more touch up paint in that as well, I don't have the receipt with me otherwise I would break it down for you.

It was handy that Darren has already had contact with LOC and was at the Billing meet as he knew that we all communicate!!

This sounds more like you expect from a Lexus dealership, I've found the same from Coventry, great place and excellent service, need to speak with them about the club discounts next time I'm up there though.

That said though Oxfords even closer to me so I may change if the discounts aren't forthcoming :yes: and go to Oxford for the next service
