I had to take my car along on Saturday morning for it's 10k service, got there a bit before opening and the guys had already opened up so let me in. The technician was not there as of yet but I was a touch early, they made me a cup of coffee, showed me round the other models including a tasty SC that they have in stock. The service was excellent, Darren has met some of you guys already at the Billing meet so he already knows about the club, they gave me the discount for Gold Membership and then returned the car. When they gave me the car back Darren had a look round it with me to check that it was okay and we were chatting about the problem of the alloys pitting and generally looking poo after a while, he then checked mine over and spotted one small area that was not up to scratch and immediately said he would order me somemore for Tuesday - I didn't even have to ask, nor had I even noticed this small area of corrosion.
All in all superb service from Oxford.
