Depends on your average speed
Mileages divided by average speed = total hours
I.e. 250/70 = 3.57 hours

Because of the lack of motorways down west i reckon your looking at anything between 4.5 - 5.5 hours depending on what area of london you are and where in Cornwall your heading

I have done Maidenhead to Croyd Bay in 2 hours 53 mins. But that was at 3 in the morning, I knew where I was going and I was no where near 70mph. If you are going in the day you have the wonders of the M5. As long as there are no road works you are OK. I would alow 4.5 - 5 hours matey

SHAHZ,
If you don't have AutoRoute and don't want to use the AA/RAC sites then send me a PM with your email address, starting point and end destination (Postcodes will be fine) and I'll route it for you on AutoRoute and email you route it produces.

i often do LHR to penzance takes about 5 hrs providing u dont get stuck behind johnny hayseed and his tractor.
go M4 -M5 - A38 or A30 depending where ur going.
after the M5 its mainly dual carrigeway, only a few speed cameras but be warned they are still a bit hidden.
