It is certainly nice, whatever it is.
I know from my old Accord Type R that Honda, interior, quality is a bit shabby though. However a dealer told me that they are raising the standard, starting with the new Accord. Trying to challenge Lexus, BMW, Merc etc.
One day, you never know !!
cheers ....... bs

These look very geared to the US market - do you think we'd see these over here? Or do you think we'll get a European version?
I like Hondas and test drove Accord 2.3 Type V before I looked at Lexus. A nice drive but the interior and lack of gadgets was disappointing.

I'm afraid I must state that the build quality of the UK built Hondas is still not upto the Japanese built Hondas.
The Accord was built at Swindon, hence fit and finish not as good as it should be.
The 5 door Civics (old shape) and all new Civics are also Swindon built.
I am happy to say all my Hondas were built in Japan!

I've only had two Honda's, my last one being the current generation Accord Coupe. However, the interior of the couple was fantastic, well designed, strong and very high quality materials. However, I recognise that some other Honda's particularly Civic's are a bit too plasticy inside.

I agree with you. I've owned 4 Hondas (an Accord 2.3iSR, Accord 2.2VTEC, Prelude and my wife now got a CR-V) - the Japan built Prelude's build quality was loads better than the Swindon built Accords'.

No, the current (although no longer available in the UK) coupe was built at Honda's Ohio plant in the USA.
