First remove the base by inserting fingers under each corner of the seat, one at a time. Left then right or right then left, whichever first doesn’t matter . . . .
Give it a good hard pull, up. It will take a good strong yank for it to pop out from the clip (picture had to be taken at home since I didn’t have any batteries for the camera at the time of taking out from the car)!!

Just to give you an idea of how it is clipped down . . . .
The base has no screws or bolts what so ever. Just a good hard pull on the left and right side.
After the base has been taken out, you will require a Philip head screwdriver, 12mm socket and ratchet to remove the rear part of the the seat.

First remove all headrests and then undo the seatbelt hook screws which are at the top, next to the headrests . . . .
Then at the bottom you will see 4 hooks bolted down . . .

The above picture shows 2 hooks either side of the armrest. The 3rd and 4th will be at each end near the wheel arch . . . . .

The next step is to tuck the overlapping seatbelts behind the seat between the leather part and the wheel arch . . .

You now need to get a good hold at the bottom . . . .
and push the seat up towards the roof.

The seat will have to go up at least 3 inches in order for the top part of the seat to unhook itself free from the rear parcel shelf . . .
That’s it, you’re done !!
It only takes 5 minutes to remove the rear seats.
