Hello,
I've seen an altezza and the driver key had the Toyota logo on it. I wanted to know can that be changed to the Lexus logo and how much would it cost?

yes you can do this
you just need to buy a blank lexus key and swap all the insides from your key into the new one, so all your using is the plastic case with the logo on it
