Have any of you guys used Lexus Leicester recently and what was your experience of their service? I need to book mine in for a 20k service. They have quoted a reasonable price for it and also offered to collect and return the car to Bedford.

They seem fairly Competent when I have eventually managed to get through. I have dealt with Glenn and Paul Snowdon who are both very pleasant.

Thinking about it, im being a little unfair. They have been really good. Sarah the receptionist who is also very pleasant and easy on the eyes to, have been very willing to help whenever possible.

I even managed to ponce some floor mats cover locking thingies free! So although, they could not find the car I was after they are very Diligent.

I'll be needed my first service and may I say Major service very soon, so I'll keep you all informed on there service.

Only used them for warranty work, but was excellent service from them.

Only complain was i got an S model as a courtesy car, but it was only for a day so no big deal

I've got warranty work which will take 3 days . i was told there is a £5000 excess on their courtesy car .

So I'll get my own insurance to cover me.

Have used Leicester Lexus 3 times now, have nothing but praise for them, always do a top job, always listen to me and what I want, and never fail to please, keep up the good work, a breath of fresh air compaired to another dealership I wouldn't care to mention!!!

I recently dealt with the parts department and was very impressed. The guy who helped with my enquiries was called Shaun I think.

Stopped going to Leicester Lexus a few years back due to extreamly poor service!

As I was going near Lexus Coventry I used them for the last year or 2. As I am now based back in Leicester I have gone back to Lexus Leicester and wished I had not bothered - Service is as bad as ever - yet more damage to my car (cannot prove it was them, but they refused to accept the last lot of damage was them either so have not bothered this time), and will be going back tomorrow for the second time as my car stinks to high heaven ever since they did an air-con service 4 weeks ago.

They tried to fob me off by saying that the smell was my air-freshner (that had been in the car for 3 weeks prior to the service and used to smell nice). Air freshner has not been in the car for 3 weeks now and it still stinks - My wife is nearly sick every time she gets in the car.

Lecus Leciester: 0 out of 10 - Over price and under achieve.

Shame, as I think most would agree that the Leicester branch is generally very helpful.

Bought my IS250 there recently! Generally good service with exceptional customer care. Still one of the best lexus delers next to Edinburgh, Reading and Stoke on Trent

I've used their parts dept. and had my service done there. Really great place, nice and friendly service and very polite. Always offering cups of coffee (which sorted out my hangover)
