He's obviously not bright enough to have used the "just testing excuse"

This copper must have done that the week before up North, and was probably "cruising" back from a court appearence where he got off scot free......

a) the law is so rubbish in application as it only seems to apply to middle England

The whole law stinks. It makes me sick to think I pay taxes for these obviously incompetent politicians, police service and CPS who devise, enforce and rule the law books.

Where the f**k is the justice in that? I’d put money on the fact that if anyone of you and I would have been caught doing that, id have lost my licsence for a shed loads longer than the joke of 28 days!!

And that other chopper, testing the car my a**e!! Exceeding the speed limit by about 4 times in a 30 zone. Just wrong. Cant describe how angry it makes me feel. The whole system sucks. One rule for them and one rule for the people who are honest people.

The whole persecution towards motorists is foul play as it is without letting these type of people a free ride to break the law.
