Well Lexus have yet again lived up to their Top Gear honour, took my car in this morning to get stereo replaced, mentioned that my alloys were pitted and they've ordered me a new set, no discussions no arguements. Car came back gleaming inside and out. Excellent service, better than any other manufacturer I've known, BMW, Audi, VW etc etc

This may be a stupid question, but where are you from mate ?
Or should it be, who is your dealer.

Interesting about the alloys. My local dealer told me when I was in there l;ast week they had just sent 83 sets of IS alloys back for exchange!

Dealer in Glasgow told me it'd be about 6 weeks, seeminly they've changed suppliers recently (wonder why !!) so there's a bit of a back log.

Not that far from me. My closest is Lexus Edinburgh though. About an hour away.
I have noticed the pitting on my alloys too. Will mention it at service time.
