Hi guys, your advice is needed! The next mod change I want to do is possibly change the exhaust on my standard altezzer. I want a performance exhaust that is not too big and wont be too loud.
Can you guys tell me the best one to go for and were I can get it from?

If you don't want big and loud, don't go for the HKS. I have the HKS Super Drager II, it has a 5" diameter tailpipe (see my avatar) and is fairly loud. Quite a few members have the HKS Hiper which has a 4.5" tailpipe and is very loud especially when hot.
The Peco has a 4" tailpipe (I think) and is quite a bit quieter. I personnaly do not like the tailpipe on the Peco, I think the big Jap style tailpipes found on the HKS and Blitz mufflers look better on the IS.

There are other exhausts available from Remus, Sebring, TTE, APEXi, Blitz, Fujitsubo etc. but I have never heard any of these so I cant comment on noise level.
The best idea would be to come to one of the meets and, depending who is there, you should be able to listen to a HKS and a Peco. I am going to both the Beauleiu and gaydon meets.

You should try 5 zigen fireball exaust. its not to noisy and very good
My HKS Titanium Hiper Muffler together with Sports CAT and the silencer between the 2 removed sounds awesome, not quiet but sounds like a Touring Car (nearly). Well happy with mine.
