Looking to change my IS200 Sportcross, July 03, 27K mileage 17" alloys, for a RX300SE-L, Dealer has offered me 14K on a trade in, feel a bit let down, I thought it would be worth a bit more as it is in V good nick.

Anybody offer any thoughts on a value or am I being to greedy.

if its the dealer you got the SportX from, i'd hammer him to do you a deal... especially if your spending 30/40k on another car!

Yep, Same dealer, says he is giving me the max on it, just like a second opinion especially when looking at shelling out £36K on a 04 RX300.

what is the RX on at? 36k?

have a look on lexus and see what they are selling similar cars at...

aim for at least £500 within that number..

also, try other lexus dealers, try and get the best trade-in by playing 2 or 3 against each other...

dont be afraid of telling Leeds that Lexus Manchester offered you £15k on a 35k SE-L... and you want to stay loyal, but unless they can match... (but use real offers)
